At Maya Support Services, we recognise and value specialist experience. Support workers who can demonstrate a minimum of six months' prior experience supporting participants with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or Multiple Sclerosis (MS), or who have completed relevant certificate-level education or formal training in these areas, may be considered for enhanced remuneration above standard SCHADS Award rates.
All remuneration is aligned with the SCHADS Award and Fair Work requirements. Final rates are determined based on role scope, experience, and participant needs.
